Booking & Cancellation Policy

For all new clients at The Lime Tree Clinic, we require credit card details or a deposit to secure an appointment. Credit card details provided are only charged in the case of a late cancellation or no show to an appointment. The charge will be the applicable our cancellation fee, please see below.

  • Consultations: All our consultations are complimentary however a $50 cancellation fee applies in case of no show and cancelled appointment within 48 hours.
  • Cancellations and rescheduling: 30% of the total cost of the treatment cancellation/rescheduling fee applies in the case of a cancelled/rescheduled appointment within 48 hours. 
  • Please note all no show appointments will incur a 30% of the total cost of the treatment no show fee. 

We understand that emergencies, illness and work difficulties happen but we please ask our clients to inform us if this is the case and to cancel an appointment at the earliest possible time. These conditions are at the discretion of management and exemptions may apply.

No-show policy

If you have previously missed an appointment, a non-refundable deposit of $150 is required to secure your future appointment. This deposit will be applied to your treatment on the day of your visit. If you do not show up for your appointment, the deposit will be forfeited.

Refunds

The Lime Tree Clinic has a ‘no refund’ policy on purchases of goods or services if you change your mind. Furthermore, our ‘no refund’ policy applies to medical procedures (including injectables) as well as dermal treatments and procedures. Unless it is required by Australian Consumer Law, terms and conditions apply.

Please note that our treatments, services and packages are not transferrable to other individuals and they cannot be swapped for other treatments or services. Furthermore, deposits typically are non-refundable but can remain on the system as a credit.

Exchanges may be provided within 14 days of purchase for retail items if remaining in original packaging and unused however we do not offer refunds or exchanges on used products under any circumstances. 

Special Offers Terms and Conditions 

  • Offer Validity: Special offers are valid for a limited time from the date of the email notification. Please refer to the email for specific expiration dates. 
  • Exclusions: Special offers are not applicable to packages, promotions or medical treatments. Unless if specifically mentioned in the offer.
  • Non-transferable: Special offers cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other discounts or promotions. 
  • Booking requirement: Bookings must be confirmed before the special offer’s expiry date. However, the treatment may be scheduled and completed after the special offer has expired, provided the booking is booked and paid in full within the valid offer period. 
  • Treatment Suitability: All treatments selected must be deemed suitable by The Lime Tree Clinic staff during consultation. 
  • Right to Amend: The Lime Tree Clinic reserves the right to amend or withdraw offers.
  • Final Decision: The Lime Tree Clinic reserves the right to make final decision on all matters related to the offer.
