Consultation: Firstly you will consult with our highly skilled and experienced Cosmetic Doctor, who will explain the benefits and limitations of the procedure and discuss your aesthetic concerns, treatment goals and expectations. If you plan to proceed, our Cosmetic Doctor will then prepare a treatment plan according to your areas of concern and the outcomes you wish to achieve.
Procedure: BodyTite and FaceTite treatments are both performed under local anaesthetic in-clinic by our Cosmetic Doctor. First, small strategically placed incisions are made. The BodyTite or FaceTite cannula is then inserted into the treatment areas, to deliver the radio frequency energy to tighten the skin and liquefy fat.
Recovery: The downtime is significantly less than with traditional surgical procedures. Depending on the areas treated, downtime averages 3 to 7 days. Mild pain, swelling and bruising is expected but will typically start to resolve after a few days. Recovery is based on the extent of the treatment as well as your individual healing response.
